Lack of responsibility by the moderator and the prevalence of spam & hostile accounts and the practice of bad actors makes the instance, as a whole, a threat to other servers and their users on the #fediverse .

@Truey Pretty much not. Gargaron (Eugene Rothko) , the mod and founder of Mastodon per se, is busy with other things. Whilst certainly still pro-mastodon, he's slipped away from his own founding principles and the BIG giveaway and final no-no for many other mods was federating with Meta (Threads); giving Zuckerberg his backdoor into Mastodon. Which was why people defederated from the instance at that point or not long after.
