Thank you for making this. I am getting involved with my instance's behind the scenes, and this have become something of a worry for me. So it feels good to be more educated on it.

thanks for this tutorial. Yep ran a relay on a couple of new servers that I set up and ouch that was painful to see how quickly the resources got consumed.

Realized the issue, deleted the relay but not sure I really cleared out the excess storage entirely. I would like some advice on how to fix this. It is still a fairly new server (has about a dozen of users currently) but we are planning to open it up in the future and I don’t want to carry the excess storage forward if possible.

we'll be circling back to this issue in a tutorial next month, if you can hold on, it's a bit nuanced. Basically the media cache, don't worry that will come right over time. The database (content) cache, that's more of a pain.
