If you are talking to tech support that long, you are likely the problem.

that's the truth, especially trying to hook up with anyone besides cis men... I'm saturated with those and i need va.ri.et.y... 🤷🏻‍♀️ i give up.

Nowadays in order to contact anything support (at least for me) you need to go though ten menus, then get redirected to a dumb AI assistant, then talk in some foreign language so it guesses you are a foreigner, then it asks if you want to talk to a human and answer "yes" in the AI's native language to finally get in contact with a human support.
