Good morning! ☕

(Update: This is not a blasphemy mod. It was a product sold by SiliconGraphics in Germany. There is even a spec sheet for the Espressigo. Ask google if you don't believe me)

I wonder how many of them are still around and in working condition

and again, for the people who falsely accuse me of modding an SGI Indigo. I did not! The Espressigo was an actual product, sold by SGI in Germany. Here's the spec sheet: (see alt text for EN translation)

first, this is amazing

second, if it was actually a modded Indigo, it'd be maybe a little more badass actually

Surprised no has asked this, or at least I have not seen it, can you run Doom on it? 😉

@Ifrauding yeah, I know the Espressigo. There has been also the Indy-Case (Aktentasche) and I think the Challenge fridge (although I don‘t know if that was official or just a customer built).

Another fun fact: when visiting SGI office in Frankfurt while visiting the Maya Beta First Access Training and to get the golden Maya Beta 3 CD (I was there with Tobias Richter from The Lightworks), you could see that the receptionists had SGI Octanes as their workplace computer to run SoftWindows emulator for their office programs. 😆

Thanks for the update. I was sad seeing the picture, but in this context it's very lovely. Even if it makes coffee. Which is horrible.
