#fedicoven Q13 What are the processes or rituals you use to let go of the past and welcome the new?
Embracing the new is never a problem for me, but the past needs a bit of amputation on occasion. I'll write or draw the weight of what I need to release and send it out into the universe, either by burning or sending it out into the wind and do some cleansing rituals after.
Sometimes, though, the scars keep hold of the past inside me, and I need some help to do a joined spell.

Write a poem.
Cry.
Not, necessarily, in that order.

Welcoming the new can be more problematic for me though, and something I need to work on!

Never find a bit of the past tenaciously lingering like chewing gum stuck in your hair?
