Note that by banning tech this plan aims to impose complete isolation from the outside world.

If this is implemented as court-ordered "treatment" or as extrajudicial roundups, it crosses a very hard red line. We cannot allow another Holocaust, no matter what the price of stopping it or who we have to right.

Too expensive! It’s like $80 per pound for that stuff, home brew is only $12-15 (but it can be a bit more “sensitive“)

@Tharpa I read the EO linked in this thread and it really seems like they’re only planning on sending children to the concentration camps. The whole thing is about children and how they eat bad food and don’t get enough exercise and look at screens too much and big daddy government is going to help you all with that by taking your kids and putting them in camps.

The party of small government, parents rights, and FREEDOM want to snatch your kids from you, lock them up, and indoctrinate them.

Then I’ll send you a bill for it all. Your child will not be released until it has been paid in full (I made up that part but the rest of it is the conclusion I’m drawing from the words used in the EO.)

heh. I actually started a novel about the Christian right taking over way back in the 80s, with re education camps for the scientists.

I was told it was "not credible" by a well known SF author at the time, who turned out to be, surprise surprise, a right wing Christian whack job.

One of the recent documentaries I watched, directed by a survivor, depicted one of the most oppressive environments I've *ever* come across... and I'm a cult researcher, not easily shocked. While that "school" closed, the parent company still operates, entirely unchecked.

The people who run this will have personal, recent, direct experience in how to do it. And how to profit from it.

It's indeed exactly like the #eugenics program of the Nazis during the Third Reich to start with forced labour (profits for the fascists) and end with murdering these people. We know how modern "reeducation camps" work: have a look at North Korea or what China does with the Uigurs.

actually I think this just means they’re coming for your kids. I don’t think they’ll be taking adults to these camps, they’re just coming for the kids.

This whole thing just mentioned children and controlling their diet, activity, meds, and screen time.

It’ll be much easier for them to molest the kids once they are all in the camps. You should see what they did to the kids in New Hampshire who were incarcerated at YDC.

Once people knew what Hitler was REALLY doing, it was understood in places like the Warsaw Ghetto that armed resistance to the bitter end was the only alternative to being tortured to death in a concentration camp.

Yes, this all started with psych and disability roundups that quickly escalated to "euthanasia." This program now could easily turn into another Aktion T-4.
