I would say that the US is moving into "the law doesn't matter, only the President's whim matters" territory faster than I expected, but this is about on schedule.
There's still a 5-year statute of limitations meaning the next administration can enforce the law putting companies providing access to tiktok at great financial risk. FWTW.
