WHY THIS MATTERS! Corporations and banks only care about their bottom line. Disrupting the economy for even one day sends a powerful message. If they don't listen we make the next blackout longer. Our numbers are powerful. This is how we make history! SPREAD THE MESSAGE! Please share with all of your contacts. Talk about it, post about it, document your actions that day! I canceled Amazon, never shopped at Mal-Wart, don't drink Nestle, and haven't eaten General Mills except Cascadian Farms (until I started boycotting Whole Foods). But FYI, Nestle-owned brands: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_… and General Mills brands: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/General_…

I think Costco could be an exception, given they rejected the DEI removal proposal. Unless I missed something that happened since then.

But yeah, I hope this works!

FauxNews has been blasting Costco because it refuses to discontinue DEI.

You can go to your city’s chamber of commerce website. They usually have a “businesses” section where they list the businesses located in the city. But typically the lists are incomplete & not regularly updated. If you don’t know the city site just search online for “(your city’s name) + chamber of commerce” that should get you there.

I have shut down my small business, starting today until Monday.

In addition I moved about $5000 in business spending away from Amazon... And saved about 15%. A lot of stuff on there can be found elsewhere for a lot less.

@cwdolunt I think the point is to demonstrate to companies how many of their customers care that they are engaging in this illiberal behavior. If they do not course correct, then the more serious boycotts begin.
