Loud, angry music has been my way of regulating active, negative emotions since I was a teen. The angrier I've been, the angrier music I've needed. Music as a whole has been a very important self-regulation and/or stimming mechanism for me, even though I've only fully understood this since my self-realization.

But, I do. Music.
I am constantly listening to music, and it has to match my emotions at the time and especially if I'm stressed you can bet I'll be singing along at the top of my lungs. If I don't have music playing, it is playing in my head and I'm still singing.
Drives my poor wife and kids nuts... But singing and music is my biggest stim.
(I do have others, but 4 decades of masking has made them hard to spot.)
