that’s all true but this has been true for decades. So on the one hand I’m really happy that finally people wake up to the dangers of having foreign governments snooping around in the data, on the other hand I’m really disappointed that it took so long before people finally woke up to the fact that foreign nations could spy on their data.

Specifically Microsoft ALWAYS has been very helpful to the US government for creating backdoors and delivering data on request.
