An #ICE "career choice" is still a choice.
If an ICE agent has any sort of conscience at all, then they can choose BETTER.

in reply to corq • •Empathy for difficult circumstances is human, but empathy can’t erase reality or accountability. If someone believes the work violates their conscience or the rule of law, the moral choice is to refuse, leave, or work to change the system from within,not to outsource responsibility to history or necessity. Systems shape behavior, yes, but individuals still decide whether to comply.
