Got a Pixel 8a last week and installed #GrapheneOS with Google Play services (sandboxed). I'm delighted! This is exactly how I've always wanted Android to be. Apart from the Deutsche Welle app, everything I need works well. You have to install the eBay app from the Aurora store because it's not offered in the Playstore for some inexplicable reason. Now I can't decide which launcher I want to use. I've used Nova for years, but the Smart Launcher looks interesting too. Any other suggestions?

There are also some FOSS alternatives to Niagara listed in this thread on the GrapheneOS forum: discuss.grapheneos.org/d/3780-โฆ
