So no is the answer, since economists are generally required to be... let's say... "myopic" about everything so neoliberalism can keep eating us. Seems to be a multinational corporation, some of whose shareholders happen to be Canadian. IMHO, of course. Residual economic benefits, franchise owners, blah blah, yeah sure. Someone has to exploit temporary foreign workers.
