people often compare fascists to the end of German fascism. However, this is a false metric for 2 reasons:
1. One has to look at what fascists did before 1932 and after they got into power.
2. There were other fascists in other countries. The term has a broader definition than Nazi-Germany.
(But you already know that and I am frustrated to have to watch this transformation like a slow plane crash)
