This is a beautiful comparison! Just as a shepherd's role is to protect and care for their sheep, Jesus is there for us to protect, guide, and care for us. Just as a shepherd knows their sheep, so too does Jesus know us individually. Just as a shepherd tries to find lost sheep that have strayed and bring them back to the flock, so too does Jesus welcome us back to His flock when we've strayed off course.

We are all part of one flock under the care of the Good Shepherd! How beautiful is this?

Last night I watched Conclave (2024):

As a #Catholic, this was an interesting #movie for sure. I think it was a really solid movie with broad appeal. Even if you aren't #religious, if you like political intrigue and #drama you'll probably love this! The characters are a little obviously exaggerated, but it was well acted and the #Vatican City set and #Sistine Chapel was incredible.
