Throughout history, countless leaders, kings, philosophers, and conquerors have left their mark on the world. Yet there is one Person whose life has influenced all of human history more than anyone else—the Lord Jesus Christ.
Even our historical timeline has long been measured in relation to His coming into the world. More importantly, the Bible reveals that Jesus Christ came with a purpose: to save mankind from sin and to offer eternal life to all who place their faith in Him.
His life was marked by perfect holiness, compassion for the suffering, miraculous power, and sacrificial love. He willingly died on the cross for our sins, was buried, and rose again on the third day, defeating sin and death. Through Him alone we find forgiveness, hope, peace, and the promise of eternal life.
As we look at the increasing signs of the times, the Bible calls each one of us to consider who Jesus Christ is and what His life, death, and resurrection mean for us personally.
"For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost." — Luke 19:10 (KJV)

in reply to vreer • •The 144,000 mentioned in the Book of Revelation are chosen by God for a special ministry to proclaim the gospel during the terrible seven-year Tribulation period. Why wait for that time, when salvation is freely available today through the Lord Jesus Christ? Today is the day of grace. Those who trust in Him now have the blessed hope of being caught up to meet Him when He comes for His Church, rather than facing the horrors of the Tribulation.
You also raised the subject of climate change. You're right that I haven't written about it yet. It is a significant issue affecting many parts of the world, especially Europe and other regions experiencing extreme weather. I plan to address this topic in a future article from the perspective of Bible prophecy and Scripture.
