One trend I have noticed emerging among some naturist groups and individuals calling themselves naturist is the idea that representational diversity is inclusion. Meaning you have one person from a traditionally marginalized group and promote them as representing everyone in that group so you can say you are inclusive. FUNN did this when asked about their leadership board they quickly pointed out that one of the three white men identified as member of the LGBTQ community.

However experts in the inclusion space often point out that this approach of having a single person represent a whole group is misguided because marginalized groups are not monolithic. These representational diversity individuals often reinforce group stereotypes and allow groups to be more performative than inclusive. The best practice in the inclusion space is to take an intersectional and equity approach that recognizes no one person can speak for a whole group because each person is ultimately unique. So the challenge for the naturist community is to move beyond the outdated use of equality and representational diversity to pursue inclusion and begin to embrace the rich differences among naturist that brings those voices into the conversation. This is a long one so be forewarned. I am so glad I have a few real authentic naturist friends and supporters who share with me how obsessed some naturists are with me and my efforts. These naturists feel it necessary to counter everything thing that I say and do rather than do their own thing. Over the past 3 years their factions have stolen my ideas that were discussed as a part of collaborative initiative on my part. Then sabotage when try to follow through on my original ideas. They spread misinformation and smear people who choose to collaborate with me. They coopt people buuikt collaborative relationships with wooing with titles designated in their system. They have even tried to doxx me suggesting that if they dont know my personal details i am not trustworthy.

I have been asking why is that? Is it because I continue to innovate rather than imitate them? Is it because I am black and they want to define blackness only in a way that suits them? (Anti-blackness can be a thing for black people google officer Brian Tatum to see example.) Is it because I refuse to bend a knee to their vision of dominating the naturist social space? Is it because they are such ethical naturists that they are compelled to undermine my every effort? Is it because I don't need their stamp of approval to thrive on socials? Is it because despite their persistent attacks on my websites and spying on my socials i keep bouncing back? Is it because despite being self proclaimed maker of things they just seem great at making things negative again and again.

At the end of the day I do not have an answer. Nor do I want to spent time trying to figure it out. The internet is supposed to be a place where people can share their ideas pursue their dreams and make connections. Naturism is supposed to be about a shared way of life that lifts all who participate not just a few self assigned arbiters of truth. So I will let the haters hate because hate is not my purpose and i am not here to compete with anyone.
