We have seen over the last weeks and months antisemitic content, non-consensual deepfakes of women, and child sexual abuse material.

The problem with banning works depicting a fictitious crime victim is that you would then also analogously have to ban Agatha Christie's novels, because it's a "murder victim abuse material", based on an opinion that "reading murder mystery novels increases the likelihood of an individual committing a murder. Reasons include that the detective novels normalize and/or legitimize murder, as well as that the novels might eventually cease to satisfy the reader."
