It maintains a public reference index of web crawlers and AI user agents: one page per crawler, covering what it is for, which robots.txt token it actually obeys, whether the operator publishes IP ranges you can verify a visit against, and what blocking it costs you. 150 crawlers, 74 operators. Everything is CC0, static, and needs no account, no API key and no rate limit; JSON and CSV bulk files are there too.
