After hiking for two hours, I was thirsty and overheated, so I welcomed the chance to soak my feet in the river. The water was still pretty cold, meaning I couldn't stay in the shade. The ground was covered in pebbles and sand, which felt nice. I spent some time just wading to and fro, enjoying the sounds and sensations. I had missed being around water.

[thread]Setagaya Park. Vienna's 19th district, Döbling, is the sister district of Setagaya in Tokyo. We were gifted this lovely park. It's like stepping into a different world. The noise caused by the traffic fades away, all you hear are wind, water and birdsong. There's a retirement home right next to the park, and the residents often come here for a walk.
