Good morning Fellow Travellers around the Sun 🌞 I'm up early with the parrots today and having a wee cuddle with Ziggy, who has been making her laughing noises at me since I had a bout of hiccoughs earlier 😊 She is currently preening my neck and grumbling away to herself.

Toby is eating his breakfast with his usual gusto, which is nice to see as he wasn't eating much at all yesterday. The reason was that my neighbours at the back were having a shed demolished and the destruction was very loud. All of the parrots were freaked out, but Toby was absolutely terrified poor boy. 🥴 I think the workmen are due back over the next three days - hopefully whatever they are doing next won't be so noisy.

Ziggy is refusing to go in for her breakfast so I guess it's that time of year when Mummy is more interesting than food, at least for the moment 😊 Grant has been having a hard time getting her to go in too, which he has remedied the last couple of times by giving her a bit of dried papaya, but he's been told off about that, because all that's happening is that Ziggy is training him to give her treats. Parrots are very good at training humans believe me 😁

Plans for today are crochet and watching something, as yet to be decided. I think I'm in the mood for a documentary or two.
