The Diamond Memory of William Noack.

Kapunda Cemetery, Kapunda, South Australia.

Kapunda is home to two primary historical cemeteries: the Kapunda Cemetery (the main town cemetery) and the St John’s Catholic Cemetery, which is located a few kilometres outside of town and carries a more somber, legendary history.

Kapunda Cemetery serves as a record of the pioneers who built the copper mining town.

A close up black and white photograph of a distinctive diamond shaped marble headstone resting on a dark stone base. The inscription reads "In loving memory of William Noack, died October 4th 1927, aged 66 years", with carved leaf motifs adorning the lower corners and a stonemason signature reading "E.A. Weckert" at the base. The background shows blurred cemetery details, with a watermark in the upper left corner.
