Question for globetrotting/international friends about crossing borders in Europe as an American citizen:

I’m planning a trip for October, and my plan is to fly into Berlin, take trains or buses to Magdeburg, Prague, Vienna, and Budapest, and then fly back to the U.S.

Anything I should know about taking the trains/buses across country borders?
