Renewals usually go wrong a long way before the renewal date. A ninety-day termination clause means the window to act opens about a hundred and twenty days out, and a team that counts from the diary date finds the window has already closed. The renewal support AI agent from Nestack Agent Care dates each notice from the clause that creates it and holds the draft for the person who sends it.

What the agent does:
- Dates every notice window from the contract clause, not from a calendar reminder.
- Counts back from the deadline by which notice must be given, not forward from renewal.
- Drafts the notice that window requires, in the service method the clause names.
- Shows which contracts have a window opening this month.
- When a window closes unserved, records the lapse as a finding instead of quietly re-dating it.

Where the human stays in charge: dating, drafting and holding belong to the agent. Sending belongs to a named renewals lead, who serves the notice and answers for the date it carries. Deciding whether a statute applies, waiving a missed window or agreeing new terms stays with people, and contested cases go to counsel first. Typical delivery is four to six weeks on your existing stack.
