Has anyone had success hosting Friendica behind a varnish cache?

My goal is to get non-logged-in viewers who load a user/org/group profile to cache in-memory on the server for 1 hour, so it loads super fast and has no load on the backend (web server, db, etc)

Are there any guides to hosing friendica behind a varnish cache?
