Eldgos er hafið í Geldingadal við Fagradalsfjall. Tilkynning þess efnis barst frá Veðurstofu Íslands til fjölmiðla klukkan 21:55 og í framhaldinu að það hefði að líkindum hafist klukkan 20:45. Lítill órói hefur sést á jarðskjálftamælum.visir.is
