The NATO base located at Mihail Kogălniceanu, on the terriroty of #Romania is being built by a consortium of companies, in which Oleg Deripaska, a Russian oligarch close to Vladimir Putin, is a minority shareholder in a company.
Oleg Deripaska has been under US sanctions since 2018 for his illegal involvement in the US election and criminal suspicions such as kidnapping and extortion.
The US & the EU Comiission sent warnings of a breach of security.
