Káposztás tészta (noodles with cabbage)


Noodles, cabbage, sugar. Three ingredients,* but how you make it makes all the difference. When I was young, I hated this. I couldn't get over the green cabbage flavor with the sweet. Then I discovered that it can be made differently, and now it's amazing.

I make sure to completely desiccate the cabbage and fully caramelize it. So good. A little pepper on top to give it a kick and it's perfect. You may do it, or like it, differently but made this way is mouth watering to me.
