My elderly uncle was complaining that my generation is too indecisive and picky. So, I told him about what I call the cookie conundrum.
When he was young (in the 1960s) and wanted to buy cookies, he went to a local bakery, and bought some.
But when I go buy cookies today, I have to pick one out of countless options, and consider how ethically sourced the product, the brand, and the shop are.
One wrong move, and those cookies endorse deforestation and child labour.
So, yeah, I'm picky.

For many years I always crossed the Channel on P&O Ferries, as I always considered them to have the best seamanship. However when I realise they were owned by Dubai Ports I stopped, as I refuse to contribute to a state with hideous human rights.
As Witches I think such considerations to be important, so we are not so much indecisive, as more considerately decisive.

We're all about intention, so that does make some sense to me. Ensuring the energy we put out aligns with who we are.

It requires quite some introspection
