It is compiled & published by the Climate Majority Project, and is one of several recent documents that originate from academia that most major governments have failed to openly consider.
That our civilisation will soon become degraded progressively as unstoppable climatic effects begin overwhelming our systems of supply, on which our civilisation depends.
It is a long read, it is detailed and isn't laced with 'hopium' messaging, so is only for real grown ups!
