Honored to share that I’ve been awarded a Letter of Honor for being appointed as a Member of the Academic Committee of the World Wind Energy Academy. A huge thank you to my partner Josée Wuyts and everyone who helped me on my road to this achievement. This fuels my commitment to Renewable Energy for All.
I am grateful to the World Wind Energy Association (WWEA) and the World Wind Energy Academy for this honour and the trust they have placed in me.
This recognition is not just an achievement, it is as a chair of the small and medium wind section a new responsibility.
With my broad background in renewables -especially small and medium windenergy, educating and curriculum development-, I look forward to contribute to global education in wind energy, strengthening the collaboration with the wind industry, and advancing the future of wind energy -especially in rural, semi urban area’s and islands- through knowledge, innovation, and experience.
