If there's no country or countries to enforce this 'war crime' then it isn't one. Perhaps its time for the Security Council countries to no longer have veto power, and have an actually enforceable UN?
And at least in the USA, both (well, all 3) candidates were pro-israel and pro-genocide. Not like we had a choice on that front.
