Itβs hard to put into words how incredible - and energizing - it feels to be around the creators of the #ActivityPub protocol, founders of #Fediverse software, admins of popular instances and developers of tools I use every day.
I took the opportunity to thank them in person for their incredible work π
Itβs also been amazing to finally meet IRL lots of cool people I had been corresponding with for months on the Fediverse.

I'm definitely grateful I got to see @cwebber@social.coop and @mala@fosstodon.org's talks (but also others I forgot to grab their fedi usernames, I'll scour the slides later for those talks), and also attend the BoF room, lots of knowledgeable folks, the future is definitely federated!
Unfortunately I'll miss the event at HSBXL, next year I'll just book a flight later than 9 am β
