Gil Scott-Heron – Reflections

45 years later this album is as relevant today as it was in 1981. Not sure Mr Scott-Heron would appreciate being repressed for record store day and what it has become. I picked this one up because I wasn’t able to find an OG in the wild. This album has been my regular go to weekend morning spin.

* At the time of posting this, there was a tribute show to Gil Scott-Heron playing in my home town with Brian Jackson and Yasiin Bey.
