I think it would be best for me to plant a container garden, since it would be easier to manage, particular not being able to see it. Some of gardening is visual, whereas some can simply be done by touch. But for those who want something a bit more traditional, this does sound interesting.

The problem I see with the container garden is the hard work with the soil: You have to exchange part of the soil every year and all of it every five years or so. My back pains already thinking of it! And where to put the old soil? And buying new soil regularly?
In a plain garden you just loose the ground every time before planting or sowing and add compost every year. It may become higher and higher through the years, but That doesn't matter.
The kitchen garten linked looks good.

@Nervensäge 💐 Yes. But you're also viewing it from a sighted perspective. I am totally blind. Perhaps, there are other blind gardeners here who could prove me wrong and who have beautiful gardens. I don't know. But it would seem that containers make more sense and are easier to manage.
