I cant find it in the ui (using mobile web)

Click your name on the top right and then click Settings, then Manage Accounts. From there click "Register an additional account".

Then on the new account, click Settings and then Account. Open "Advanced account types" and click Community Group.

I'm on PC but it should be the same for you on mobile if you're using the website

Ok. So creating a group is basically creating a new user of type "group"... I'll give it a shot
