Entirely financed by my taxes 😁
They have the greatest collection of Ryukyuan lacquerware of the prefecture. And of the world, I suppose, if you come to think about it. They have symposiums (symposia ?) about lacquerware every year.
They also have the Hokusai Ryukyu estampes with Mount Fuji majestically sitting above Naha ❤️ I'm a big fan, I bought the bookmarks 😁 (not in the permanent exhibition, they got them out only once a year, I think for the golden week)
