Ugh, my ADHD is so bad, it's giving me a headache that's driving me bonkers!
So I will take a painkiller now, and relax a bit on the couch with a blanket, pillow and some more telly.
The parcel delivery time has been updated, between 11:05-13:05, so that's a good time slot (for me).
I have about 80 minutes to relax, until Arwen will want some walkies again. Let's hope the meds will kick in and give me some rest.
It's annoying when your eyes tear up due to the "pressure" behind them in my head.
Wish the GP had an earlier day and time that suited me... Just over 3 weeks is a long wait...
