Psittacula krameri
- Black-pink ribbon up to the neck (male).
- The females are monochrome green.
- Around the Rhine from Düsseldorf to Speyer and in Heidelberg
- Origin: South Asia
- has been breeding in Germany since 1969
- Population in Germany: approx. 25,000
- Body length*: approx. 40 cm
- Weight: approx. 130 g
- Life expectancy at liberty up to 20 years
- Nutrition: buds and flowers, fruits, seeds and grains
