This is just one of the ways treating a trans woman as her "biological sex" could kill her.

This was a reply to a quoted post by Helen lawson which says:

One of the worst parts of 'biological sex' is it directly puts trans people's health at risk. Changes in hormones can make us less vulnerable to some cancers but more to others, not recognising biological changes is a failure in health care putting lives at risk.
