Yes but putting aside these two largely symbolic endorsements, I’m sure you're aware of what's been happening within the broader party leadership, the so-called "think tanks”, and the corporate media.
It's bad enough they're so united against all these policies overwhelmingly supported by their voter base. But they aren't even willing to debate these issues on their merits, and are instead engaging in relentless character assassination based on lies and open racism.
Schumer also endorsed him and Harris as well, so it's really not just two centrists (he has a list on his website: abdulforsenate.com/endorsement…).
It's one thing to complain when centrists don't actually support progressive candidates (like they didn't support Mamdami), but it's fine to take the win when they do.

B’Tselem warned that extremist Israeli settlers are attempting to forcibly displace two Palestinian families from their homes in Qusra, south of Nablus, and seize their properties as part of an accelerating Israeli policy of ethnic cleansing in the occupied West Bank.

Former German Ambassador to Israel Steffen Seibert urged Germany to reconsider its policy toward Israel amid escalating violence against Palestinians in the occupied territories.
Seibert described Israel’s settlement policy as “displacement through psychological and physical violence,” while stressing that Germany’s commitment to Israel’s security applies within its internationally recognized borders.

Even today, people need to understand that sending a relative to the psych ward could mean a permanent end of the relationship in question. The only excuse I will accept is when this occurs in response to a physical or an armed assault on another person, nothing less.
When I was a teenager in the 1980's, we had real problems with psych facilities such as the Psychiatric Institutes of America aiming "programs" at parents of LGBTQ kids. These programs were aimed at harvesting all available health insurance money and carried the risk of wrecking lives or even forcing kids off this planet entirely. Even when kids survived with little damage, it made a lot of lifelong enemies.

I've never used ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, DeepSeek or any of those LLM tools, ever, in my work. I switched search engines to one that lets me turn off the "AI overview". Firefox AI features have been disabled.
I use a desktop environment that has existed since the 90s. The text editor I use is so old, its first incarnations were written for the Commodore Amiga. I code in Perl, Python, C, C++, Java, JavaScript, have also coded in Haskell and C# using these tools, and have dabbled in some GoLang and Rust. While I'm a better back-end developer, I'm full-stack: web browser UI through to designing the PCB to run it on, I've got abilities in all of it.
Right-clicking on AI text fields in Jira and selecting "Block Element" is now a muscle-memory reflex reaction, as it is for any other site I'm forced to use with intrusive LLM features. I will be leaving my workplace of nearly 15 years precisely because of LLM desecration.
Removal of LLMs would improve my life as I wouldn't be spending much of it fighting its persistent willy-waving.

The second man's name is Tony. Tony came because Kevin came. Tony did not know me. Tony did not ask what we were moving. Tony brought gloves.
They moved the sofa in eleven minutes.
I offered them money. Both of them laughed at the same time, which felt rehearsed and was not.
I asked what I owed them.
Kevin said, "Buy the pizza."
That is the price. That is the entire economy. The truck costs one pizza and the pizza is not negotiable and the pizza is also not expensive and everyone knows what size.
Inside I said: THE FEE IS FIXED ACROSS THE ENTIRE NATION AND WAS SET BY NO ONE.
We ate on the floor because the sofa was against the wall and none of us wanted to be the first to sit on it.
Tony told me his daughter plays soccer. I asked if she is good. He said, "She's aggressive."
I still think about that.
Three weeks later, Kevin texted me.
"You free Sunday? Helping Tony move a fridge."
He did not ask if I wanted to. He informed me of a fridge.
Inside I said: I HAVE BEEN CALLED UP. I DID NOT ENLIST. THE PAPERS WERE FILED ON MY BEHALF.
I still think about that.

I went. I moved the fridge. I have no truck. I contributed only arms.
Afterward, a man I had never met asked me if I knew anybody with a truck.
I said, "Yeah, I got a guy."
I have a guy.
I am somebody's guy now, too. Tony has told two people about me.
He describes me as "the guy who's strong for his size."
I have never been prouder of a sentence in my life.

My mom encountered a glitch in the male bonding/truck provision system when she got divorced. So, she bought a truck.
We moved more stuff, for more people...
And, over the years, it became harder & harder to find someone who would say a bad word about my mom.
I had to call my tractor guy the other day.

In Norway, they think forcing everyone to show “papers, please” to a big tech company just to have a chat online, forwarding a transcript of that chat to the government, and making all non-corporate alternatives (including this one) illegal, is perfectly reasonable and not outrageously totalitarian.
Norway is not better than any other country.
