If you want to try PeerTube, the official PeerTube app IS NOT currently a good way to do it. Due to silly app store rules it is missing key features, and there are much better alternatives.

If you just want to watch and interact with PeerTube videos, it's easiest to do it from within Mastodon. For example try visiting @michellemay

it seems there are groups I am following but cannot post in. How can I write questions in these groups? They ask me to sign in, but I only have my Friendica info to do that and that doesn't seem to be working. So how does one register so that one can make posts in that group?
