Hey all 👋,

Stevie here, I'm a woman of trans experience and just wanted to briefly introduce myself to this platform that's new to me. I'm currently in the midst of moving to decentralized social media due to the onslaught of corporations conspiring with government in a number of harmful ways, especially META.

That aside, I just wanted to briefly share a bit about myself. My life and work is at the intersection of health, healing, science, spirituality, & advocacy of which can be experienced on my podcast Queer Story Time The Podcast found across most major podcasting platforms and on YouTube.

One of my goals as a soon-to-be Naturopathic Physician (NMD) is to help optimize the health and well-being of fellow queer and trans folks of which I'm doing in my various roles as a Health Coach, Yoga Therapist, and Ayurvedic Professional while I finish medical school.

I'm most excited to integrate both science and spirituality in the work that I do as I think this is key in creating the conditions for optimal health/living throughout our lives.
