Da heute Tag des Spinats ist, die vegane Kartoffel-Spinat-Pfanne. War gut, wenn auch vielleicht nicht so fotogen, aber die am Folgetag mit Feta überbackene Version hat mir noch besser geschmeckt. Lag vielleicht auch daran, dass die Gewürze dann besser durchgezogen waren.

Ich habe im Internetz gelesen, dass die Mehrheit der Bevölkerung sich mehr Klimaschutzmaßnahmen wünscht, und da Erneuerbare Energien sich da ja besonders gut eigenen, um das voranzutreiben und es insbesondere in Bayern ja diesbezüglich erheblichen Nachholbedarf gibt, würde ich, falls es Herrn Merz gelingen sollte, da den Ausbau in den nächsten 4 Jahren zu vervielfachen, würde ich ihm einen Apfelkuchen backen. Nach einem Rezept von meiner Omma.😊

Hi! I'm Jack (they/them). I'm a nonbinary sociology nerd with a bunch of disabilities, a bunch of tattoos, and a degree in queer research/education/history.

I mostly post about things relating to queerness, disability/mental illness, neurodivergency, and my wonderful little family (which consists of my absurdly sweet butch wife, two adorable dogs, and sassy super senior cat).

Am 28.2. ist Tag der seltenen Erkrankungen und soll auf die Belange von Erkrankten und ihren Angehörigen aufmerksam machen.

Gleichzeitig soll dieser Betroffenen die Möglichkeit geben, Netzwerke zu bilden. Die ersten Veranstaltung haben bereits im Laufe der Woche gestartet.

Den Kuchen hat mein Schwiegervater mitgebracht. Ich werde bei Gelegenheit mal austesten, den nachzubacken. Ist ein einfacher Rührkuchen auf den die Mohnstreifen im Wechsel mit den Mandarinen aufgebracht wurden. Bin mal so vermessen zu behaupten, dass ich das zumindest geschmacklich besser hinkriegen könnte. Hat zwar schon geschmeckt, aber Kuchen vom Bäcker schmecken immer anders als selbstgemacht. Nur von der Optik her werde ich es nicht toppen können.
