OVFF officially has a new hotel for 2025!
Specifically, we will be at:
The Columbus Airport Marriott
1375 N Cassady Ave
Columbus, OH 43219
from Oct 24 to 26, 2025.

The space we will be using is substantially similar to what we have been used to, so we will be able to offer the same workshops, theme filks, open filks, con suite, dealers room, concerts, and the other items you have come to expect at OVFF. Thank you all for your patience through all of this- it’s been quite a journey for us. And special thanks to Sally Kobee who has been instrumental in making this happen this year!
We will be updating our website soon with a registration code and specifics on pricing etc. (Hopefully by next weekend- we won’t have an event code until early next week). So, start making plans- we look forward to seeing you all at OVFF in 2025!
