AI hate it’s like smashing machines during the Industrial Revolution. AI is here and stay here. For those who are intelligent, it’s a tool for creating art, technology, medicine, science, while those who couldn’t create anything without AI end up creating AI slop. In the Czechia, we have a saying about fire: it’s good servant but bad master. The same applies to AI. You see results of AI used by fools, but AI will develop new materials, cure diseases, and discover laws of universe.
@howking yo're preaching to the choir, BUT...this toot is AI ART hate.... look up the reasons. Also AI right now doesn't function well. So if it tays the same it'll suck. Period. Also when there's no more water on earth, I'll send you that too.🤷♀️
If AI is used by an artist who could create art even without it, then beautiful art is created with the help of AI. If AI is used by a fool who couldn’t do anything without it, then the result is AI slop. It’s just a tool, and if it’s used by eyes capable of seeing and creating art, then art will be created.
AI is just a tool; people use it and assign tasks to it. It is up to people to create art. AI learns from previous works, but people also learn from previous works. Studying at an art school is about studying the works of artists throughout history. AI does nothing different. But it is a tool. It is entirely up to the human to decide what is created and what is validated for publication.
This is just the beginning. It’s been around for a while. Just as steam engines came first, then gasoline engines were invented, and now we drive electric cars. This is just the beginning. I believe the future will be amazing. (Unless people mess it up.)
For example, I don't speak English at all. It's only thanks to AI that we're able to talk now—I understand you, and you understand me.
You're not wrong. Art is a product of human creativity. Machine-created works cannot be art and, among other things, cannot be protected by copyright, even if they resemble actual art.

Heard of it through an rss feed long time ago. Suppose this is it but lt might not be the original:

it'd be cool to have an acronym like this for genai-regurgitated code
CRAP - Code Regurgitated by Automated Processes ?

Again, great tool. Fix it.
