YouTube displayed language question
It seems when adding a YouTube link to a post the summary for the video appears in a different language. Is this a setting I can address or this a server side occurrence? Please see the attached for reference. Anyone else notice this?

(I think I just wanted to know the differences between the "link or media" and "link" icons. 😅🙈)
(and no, I haven't set language to German in any Settings — and I've actually set it to collapse posts in e.g. German for me)
