What does this mean?

I just shared a post from my phone, and next to the post there is a little time turner. Does this mean it's pending to be shared or?

I shared a short post a little while ago, without images, and when I see that it has a little image that looks like a folded paper plane.

As said, it's still new to me so this may be a silly question to those that have been using the platform longer. I was just curious to the meanings of the icons.

Pygoscelis Papua

Hourglass means it's in the jobs queue awaiting delivery. If you mouse over it on desktop it will say "notification pending." Then it turns into a paper plane while it is being delivered. If you mouse over it then it will say something like "delivered to 8/14 servers." Eventually it turns into a checkmark, indicating delivery is complete.
