Mijn "conversaties" pagina blijft leeg, terwijl er een serie posts zou moeten staan.

Er lijkt wel een melding te staan, aan dat "1"tje te zien. Maar verder blanco. Wat is hier aan de hand?

De betreffende posts verschijnen wel in mijn feed, onder "latest creation". Althans, de meest recente, uiteraard.

Hmm, als je naar beneden scrollt, zie je de posts wel. Dit lijkt een issue met het 'BookFace' theme wat de default is. Als je de theme aanpast naar de gewone 'Light' is dit opgelost.

Actually it's not Bookface. It's Frio. Changing to "Light" scheme will not fix it. However changing to "Vier" theme will.

My best guess is there is a "broken post" in the feed. A post or reply that was made at the same time as a server error, so the post is somehow corrupt.

It is hard to figure out which post is the problem to delete it from your feed, but once deleted the feed looks normal again in Frio/Bookface.

This is why I'm working on a new Friendica theme and I'm basing it on Vier instead of Frio. Frio also sometimes fails to load some scripts or stylesheets breaking the site. But that looks different from this screenshot.

That makes a lot of sense.
1. Actually, i DID change my theme to Vier, after which the problem looked solved. However, other people still can't seem to access my conversations.
2. I seem to remember that what you describe DID start the problem, some time ago: a post "hanging" as the server went down.

I will try to delete a few old posts from around that time and see what happens.

I just removed one old post: the last one in my conversations that was visible to other people. Just asked a friend to check my conversations and it worked! Everything is visible to them again, so this looks solved.Thanks for your help.

Until now, I was of the impression that themes were mainly design and layout related. Apparently they make a difference contentwise too.
