"Strangers in Paradise", by Terry Moore
I finished re-reading the Strangers in Paradise series "yesterday" (a.k.a way past my usual bedtime 🫣). I think the last time I read them was maybe 20+ years ago? 😬
Can't really tell whether they've aged with dignity or not, as they hold sentimental value for me. I enjoyed re-reading them, though.
I borrowed the first volumes from my library — we had a separate comics library!
now it's just a (still very large, though!) section of one of the other libraries — and then got all of the albums, one or two at a time, as gifts. There's quite a bit of violence in them, so I don't think I'll let my pre-teen niblings read them for now.
Even though I have the 19 volumes standing on my bookshelf, I figured "why not throw money at electronic things?" — and now I have 26 additional things by Terry Moore, of which (as far as I can remember) I've read none before?
I read them on my e-reader, which is much more portable than the physical paperback copies: easier on my hands, and with the option to zoom. 🤗 👵🏼
My Kobo Libra H2O doesn't have memory space for the whole Humble Bundle at the same time, so I just transferred the SiP series. .pdf's definitely take up more memory than .epub's. 🙈
Now, to keep reading Terry Moore, or alternate with something else before the next series?

I usually don't monitor Humble Bundles, so it was thanks to @Graphic Policy's post that I found it. 😅
